We are pleased to offer for sale this extremely interesting plot of land which was formally part of the gardens to the Old Mill. During the period of 1911 to 1951 these gardens were featured in Yorkshire Illustrated October 1951 and were lovingly transformed by the then owner a Dr & Mrs Fox Linton with features such as outdoor pool, sauna, washrooms, lake with ornate bridges over, streams and Yorkshire stone paths. Considerably overgrown now but some of these features are still visible. The land is not in the National Park or conservation area and not in the current village plan. No planning has been sought on this land for 20 years plus which was refused.
