About Reposit
Reposit offers an alternative to cash deposits, instead of paying a 5 week cash deposit you can choose Reposit where you will only have to pay a non-refundable service fee of just 1 week’s rent. (Please note you still remain liable at the end of the tenancy for any charges as per normal).
Reposit Switch
At this stage of your tenancy, you have the choice to switchover from your cash deposit to Reposit. By doing so you will be able to get back your deposit minus a weeks’ rent as a fee.
In order to release your cash deposit, you will pay the Reposit fee and sign a short agreement to confirm that Reposit will now be used on the tenancy. Once this is complete, we will apply to return your cash deposit back to you as agreed. Please see here for more information.
